In summary, we continue to do many things that our patients truly appreciate, including
interactions with the Doctor, the staff, and our new office atmosphere.

We
would like to point out that although we have made great progress on shortening our wait times, we are not satisfied. We will continue to do everything we can to make your visit with us the best it can be. We are always striving to find the balance that our patients are comfortable with in this area, as one person's wait time is directly related to the amount of quality time that another patient spends with the Doctor. As one patient stated "I waited awhile to be seen, but I really appreciate the time she gives me as well, so I understand."

She discusses options with you and really wants to help her patients rather than just getting them in and out of the office as quickly as possible. I wish all my doctors were like her."

Patient Response: "This is the one thing that stands out the most to me as a patient. I have never felt rushed. All questions and concerns were answered by Dr. B. You just don't get that type of experience anymore in this area of NJ. Please don't ever change! It is why I recommend you to so many people."

Patient Response: "Sometimes there is a wait, but it is understandable, because she takes her time with patients."

Patient Response: "I didn't feel like she was just trying to do the most procedures and get the most money out of me. Dr. B offered several options for treatments. Also, she was extremely sensitive to explaining to me that I had some precancerous spots on my face. I felt she was very proactive. Dr. B also carefully examined my spots each and every time I saw her even if it was for another reason other than the treatment of the precancer."

The 2009 Patient Survey was delivered to 1,761 people on December 30, 2009 at 11:51am

The email had an open rate of almost 30% (industry avg is 13.2%)

44.4% of the recipients who opened the email, completed the survey.

More than 50% of the recipients who took the survey, also submitted comments.
