About our new office : 417 Main Street
When designing our new office, we really had the patient in mind.
We really wanted to create an atmosphere that would be relaxing, comfortable, and more 'spa-like' for our patients. And we are inspired by the art of Zen design, so we've incorporated elements of it into our overall look.
But first and foremost, functionality is most important. Here are just a few of the things we've done in order to make our patients experience more pleasing...
- we've moved noisy phones, fax machines and copiers to a dedicated call center room so that our waiting room will be quieter and more relaxing.
- we've added dedicated lines to our phone system for things like prescription refills and lab results. eg. If you call our office to request a prescription refill, you can select an option from the system that will direct your request to the staff member who is responsible to handle the request most efficiently. (makes sense, right?)
- our new office has 6 exam rooms on the main floor layed out in a pattern to allow for optimum flow of getting patients in to see the Doctor most efficiently.
- we've added 2 dedicated rooms on the 2nd floor for our aestheticians to focus on services that our clients love! Our medi-spa will offer advanced Medical grade Chemical Peels, Facials & Microdermabrasions.
